This spacious three storied Nalukettu is an architectural marvel in wood with excellent Vaasthu and splendid Ventilation with large windows and traditional brass inlaid doorways. It has a carpet area of more than 10,000 square feet, with eight spacious bedrooms with attached bath cum dressing rooms, four large sitting/living rooms, a dinning hall facing the traditional 'Nadumuttam' (central courtyard), two kitchens apart from store rooms and common areas as shown in the House Floor Plan.

The Third floor consists of a spacious central room with halls surrounding it. These halls were used to cater to more than 500 people at a time. More than 100 films and Television serials have been shot in this house since 1970. The curved wooden staircase and the Nadumittam have been the focal points of attraction in many films and commercial advertisements.

This Nalukattu is situated in the scenic surroundings of Panayur, against a backdrop of verdant green hills, one Kilometer from Vaniyamkulam on the Palakkad - Kozhikode high way. A well tarred road passes by the house, which is the main Ottapalam - Vallapuzha - Pattambi bus route. Thus the house is well connected by road.
